Mersana, GTNA’s third brand, is a hospitality complex in Lahijan featuring Iranian and international restaurants, cafés, fast food, and boutique suites. What began as a 5,000 m² project with 1,000 m² of covered parking has blossomed into the city’s vibrant heart. With official tourism licenses and partnerships with professional tour operators, Mersana drives local employment and economic growth while giving young people reasons to stay in their hometown.
FSR turns a futuristic vision into reality. Built by GTNA’s veteran technical team, FSR.IR delivers simplified virtual tours and 3D shopping experiences to businesses for the first time. The project began as a 3D commercial mall and now spans four floors with 1,200 office and retail units. The roadmap is to evolve into a full smart commerce city—with restaurants, cinemas, galleries, banks, and services—opening new revenue streams for entrepreneurs who lease digital spaces.
