Gostaresh Tarahan Naghsh Almas Holding was registered in 2011 (no. 419710) as a private company with a mission to create jobs through sales and marketing while providing software services to organizations and businesses across Iran. Under the continuous leadership of CEO Ali Maarfi, the company has remained stable and resilient. In 2018 the Presidential Innovation and Prosperity Fund recognized GTNA as a knowledge-based enterprise, and its activities are documented on the official website at Gtna.co.
Leveraging a young and dedicated team, GTNA launched the "iNoti" project in December 2016 after five years of research, development, and infrastructure preparation. The initiative advances resilient economics, job creation, modern smart-city services, and environmental stewardship within the digital marketing landscape.
As a private-sector enterprise pursuing ambitious goals, the company now employs 45 full-time staff with salaries and insurance at headquarters. More than 150 licensed sales agencies—approved by national law-enforcement and the E-Commerce Union—operate nationwide. Over five million users have registered at https://Inoti.com, benefiting roughly one million businesses, including private companies, public institutions, and hospitals. Around 250,000 part-time and 100,000 full-time marketers earn income by promoting these services.
The iNoti project also enables digital marketing participation so that individuals and organizations can promote services and earn a commission on each sale.
By collaborating with seasoned experts across Iran and neighboring countries, the company fuels entrepreneurship and the growth of modern digital marketing businesses.

Because digital marketing has yet to enter mainstream culture—and even regulatory bodies may misinterpret it—the company has faced occasional challenges and misunderstandings. This section therefore clarifies the nature of our work for visitors.
Some buyers, sales consultants, or businesses occasionally file unfounded complaints—alleging pyramid activity, fraud, or illicit gain—because they lack the knowledge or training to use the services they purchased. Such cases are rare relative to our user base, but we address them transparently.
Once these steps are completed, the customer has knowingly accepted every condition. Under Article 7 of Iran’s Electronic Commerce Act (2003), an electronic signature is sufficient wherever the law requires a signature.
Users who wish to market our services can attend free in-person or online training sessions led by certified representatives and experts.
Purchases, training, and electronic agreements are governed by Articles 10 and 190 of the Civil Code, making subsequent complaints legally void—a fact confirmed by judicial outcomes.
Single-level marketing differs fundamentally from pyramid and network schemes. Individuals or businesses simply sell a product or service—much like traditional commerce—and receive a defined commission. They cannot recruit sub-marketers, but they may refer interested people to the company, which then contracts with the new marketer directly.
Network marketing has grown significantly in recent decades. In Iran, the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade began overseeing licensing in 2009 under Article 87 of the Trade Union Law. Legitimate companies earn income solely from direct product sales by themselves and their seven-tier networks, as supervised by national trade authorities.
Pyramid schemes are unproductive, decentralized models where income derives from recruiting new members rather than selling real products or services. Participants pay entry fees, earlier members profit from later recruits, and newcomers rely on further recruitment to earn anything. The exponential structure quickly collapses, leaving most people at a loss. Iran, like many countries, deems such schemes illegal—Article 1, clause “Z” of the 1989 Law on Disruptors of the Economic System (amended 2005) prescribes fines, imprisonment, and lashes for offenders.
Despite superficial similarities, pyramid schemes and network marketing differ fundamentally in structure, income model, economic sustainability, and legal status. Pyramid schemes are fraudulent and collapse quickly, whereas legitimate network marketing revolves around real product sales and can remain sustainable.
We emphasize that our knowledge-based company exists to deliver innovative, cost-effective services that create jobs and entrepreneurship opportunities across Iran. We welcome constructive feedback from all users and visitors.
GTNA’s knowledge-based holding works across seven sectors, with digital marketing under the iNoti brand fulfilling every requirement of lawful single-level marketing. This compliance has kept the company active and resilient for more than a decade.
Our priority remains delivering innovative, efficient, and affordable services that foster entrepreneurship and employment nationwide, and we eagerly welcome the insights and suggestions of our valued community.
