داکتر پرستو عطایی

داکتر پرستو عطایی، داکتر متخصص، کارشناس پالیسی‌های صحی و مدیر پروژه برجسته افغان است که با بیش از ۱۵ سال تجربه در رهبری پیوسته در بخش‌های صحت، اداره عامه و توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان، شناخته می‌شود. وی با برخورداری از پایه‌ای مستحکم در علوم طبی و مدیریت تجارت، توانسته تخصص بالینی خود را با مهارت‌های مدیریتی یک‌جا ساخته و پروژه‌های مؤثری را در مهم‌ترین بخش‌های افغانستان به اجرا بگذارد.

داکتر عطایی که در سال ۱۳۵۹ هجری شمسی (۱۹۸۰ میلادی) در افغانستان تولد شده و فعلاً در مزار شریف سکونت دارد، در سال ۱۳۸۷ (۲۰۰۸ میلادی) از پوهنځی طب پوهنتون بلخ فارغ‌التحصیل شد. او پس از آن، ماستری مدیریت تجارت را از پوهنتون نیودهلی هندوستان به‌دست آورد. در طول مسیر کاری خویش، مسئولیت‌های مدیریتی متعددی را به دوش داشته که از جمله می‌توان به موسس شفاخانه معالجوی  پرستو عطایی در شهر مزارشریف اشاره کرد؛ جایی که اکنون رهبری و مدیریت خدمات صحی را بر عهده دارد.

وی همچنان به عنوان رئیس هماهنگی تحقیق و ارزیابی در وزارت صحت عامه افغانستان ایفای وظیفه کرده و نقش مهمی در ترویج پالیسی‌سازی مبتنی بر شواهد و تطبیق ارزیابی‌های ملی صحی ایفا نموده است. داکتر عطایی همچنان در اداره امور ریاست‌جمهوری در کرسی های مهم در زمینه سیاست‌گذاری، توسعه وب‌سایت و ارزیابی پروژه‌های صحی کار کرده است.

در بخش توسعه اقتصادی، وی به حیث مدیر پروژه صنایع خلاق در وزارت صنعت و تجارت ایفای وظیفه نموده است، جایی که در همکاری با وزارت‌خانه‌ها، سکتور خصوصی، سازمان‌های بین‌المللی و بانک جهانی، جهت ارتقاء توانمندی‌های اقتصادی زنان تلاش نموده است.

تخصص‌های چندبُعدی داکتر عطایی شامل زیبایی جلدی، مالی، مدیریت و آموزش نیز می‌گردد. او به حیث آموزگار زبان انگلیسی و کمپیوتر فعالیت داشته و کورس‌های تخصصی زیادی را در زمینه پاسخ‌گویی به خشونت مبتنی بر جنسیت، مراقبت‌های ظبی و زیبایی‌شناسی به پایان رسانده است. وی متخصص سونوگرافی است و دارای دیپلوم‌های علمی در بخش‌های طبی و زیبایی می‌باشد.

داکتر عطایی به زبان‌های ازبکی، دری، پشتو و انگلیسی تسلط کامل دارد و با زبان ترکی نیز آشنایی دارد. او به خاطر مهارت‌های برجسته‌اش در ارتباطات، کار گروهی و رهبری شناخته شده و جوایز و تقدیرنامه‌های متعددی را به پاس فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای خویش دریافت کرده است. همچنان، وی کورس‌های تخصصی کاشت مو، ابرو و مژه را در ایران و ترکیه موفقانه سپری کرده است.

داکتر پرستو عطایی به حیث یک رهبر پویا و متعهد، با سابقه‌ای عمیق در توسعه جامعه و سکتور صحت، همواره در جستجوی ارائه راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه برای چالش‌های صحی و اجتماعی افغانستان می‌باشد؛ با تمرکز بر توانمندسازی زنان و ارتقای دسترسی به مراقبت‌های صحی با کیفیت.
