Reza Azizi Pour is a prominent figure in the global energy industry who has become one of the trusted senior managers in major international projects with tireless effort and remarkable perseverance. He was born on March 30 in Tehran. His father, Mohammad Azizi Pour, was a well-known and respected figure in Tehran's gold market.

 

Reza studied at the prestigious Alborz High School and graduated with an exceptional GPA of 19.93/20. He ranked 6th nationally in the Iranian university entrance exam and was admitted to the Physics Department at Sharif University of Technology. However, after just one month of studying, due to winning a gold medal at the International Physics Olympiad, he received a full scholarship from TotalEnergies and moved to France.

 

At Sorbonne University, he pursued over 11 years of advanced studies and earned a postdoctoral degree in Physics from this prestigious university. During this period, TotalEnergies awarded him a private villa in Nantes, located in the Loire region of France, in recognition of his outstanding achievements.

Reza Azizi Pour began his professional career at Qatar Petroleum after completing his studies. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming site manager and playing a key role in executing major energy projects in the region. Following that, he contributed to Aramco's projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, and Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, and Palestine, where he achieved significant successes.

 

Currently, Reza serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Al-Dorra Gas Field in Kuwait and has successfully led complex and crucial projects in this region. He remains a key figure in TotalEnergies' operations in the Middle East
